Case Study:-

The native’s father is a carrier of HIV but the native is not.  

Analysis:-

The native’s father should be judged from Pisces since the native himself is born under Gemini rising. The sixth house from Pisces is Leo occupied by primary maraka Mars in the constellation of Venus and aspected by Saturn posted in Gemini. The seventh house is occupied by the sixth lord Sun and seventh lord Mercury and aspected by strong Rahu from third house. The main significator for HIV+ i.e. Venus is posted in eighth house hemmed between malefics which signifies his involvements in secret female affairs. This resulted in the development of the native’s father being a career of HIV+, but the disease itself did not come upon the surface due to the Ascendant lord Jupiter being exalted in the fifth house aspecting therefrom the Ascendant.

Case Study:-

The native’s father is a patient of HIV and is under treatment. 

Analysis:-

The native being a Leo Ascendant, his father is judged from Taurus. The Ascendant/sixth lord Venus is debilated in the fifth house exchanging signs with the fifth lord Mercury posted in the sixth house and aspected by Jupiter and Saturn from the twelfth house. The seventh house is occupied by fourth lord Sun combined with Pluto and aspected by strong malefic Rahu from the third house while the seventh/twelfth lord Mars is posted in the eighth house in Saggitarius in the constellation of Sun and aspected by eighth lord Jupiter combined with debilated Saturn while Rahu itself is aspected by Mars. These combinations made the native’s father a patient of HIV+ possibly due to some illicit relation with any subordinate or dependant but due to lack of direct relation of Venus with Rahu, the case could not take a fatal shape and the deposition of strong benefic Jupiter in the twelfth house i.e. the house of recovery aspecting therefrom the fifth lord Mercury posted in the sixth house, the native’s father by virtue of treatment and some control could not process to a fatal consequence.

Case Study:-

The native is a carrier of HIV since 16 years of age. But due to controlled life style, the disease has not yet come to the surface.

Analysis:-

The native is born under Pisces rising. Therefore, the tenth house of the chart is occupied by sixth lord sun, the significator of father, combined with fourth/seventh lord i.e. seventh/tenth lord from the tenth house Mercury and debilated Rahu. The fourth house is occupied by Saturn combined with debilated Ketu aspecting the Ascendant and its occupant fifth lord Moon and also mutually aspecting the planets in the tenth house. The Ascendant/tenth lord Jupiter is debilated in eleventh house combined with strong enemy Venus. These indicates that the native inherited the seed of the disease from father but due to the self controlling power inherited from mother due to the aspect of the hermit planet Saturn on the Ascendant occupied by the significator of mother i.e. Moon, the native remains as yet immune from the disease.

Analysis:-

 The native is a Libra Ascendant. The fourth house is occupied by tenth lord Moon, second/seventh lord i.e. strong maraka Mars and strong malefic Rahu in mutual aspect with the ninth/twelfth lord Mercury combined with Ketu in the tenth house. The Ascendant/eight lord Venus combined with the eleventh lord sun is posted in ninth house Gemini, a sign of enjoyment and hemmed between malefics viz. fifth lord Saturn in the eighth and Ketu in the tenth house. Saturn also aspects the Mercury-Ketu combination and is itself aspected by malefic Rahu combined with Moon and Mars. These combinations made the native a victim of the disease by virtue of some illicit relation in the working sphere at home or abroad. It is also presumed that the native developed this habit through the genetic contribution of his mother since the fourth house; fourth lord, significator of fourth house etc. are all strongly afflicted by malefics.
